MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE

Ute Water Conservancy District has contracted with Xpress Bill Pay, LLC. to offer customers the option of online account management. Customers can make online payments, set up automatic payments, and enroll in paperless billing through Xpress Bill Pay. It's secure and easy to use.

Using Xpress Bill Pay, customers can pay their water bill using:

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

  • MasterCard

  • Visa 
     

A $1.50 convenience fee for all online card or electronic transactions is added to the payment amount. Convenience fees are waived for customers who enroll in automatic payments.

READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAYMENT

In order to submit an online payment, you must read and agree to the following terms:

 

Xpress Bill Pay, LLC is not a branch, office, or department of Ute Water Conservancy District. Xpress Bill Pay, LLC is a third-party vendor. Xpress Bill Pay, LLC will provide credit card transaction services on behalf of those wishing to pay bills using a credit card. Any information submitted online to Xpress Bill Pay, LLC (i.e., personal data and credit card information) is processed by Xpress Bill Pay, LLC and is not subject to protection by Ute Water Conservancy District.

 

SCHEDULE YOUR PAYMENT ON TIME

When paying your bill online, please make your payment at least two business days before the due date to avoid late fees. It may take 2-3 banking business days for bank processing and posting to your account.

 

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

If your account is delinquent, you have received a shut-off notice, or if you are currently disconnected, please contact our office prior to making your payment to ensure you are paying the correct amount. Once your payment has been made, please contact our office at (970) 242-7491 with a confirmation number. By communicating with our office, you reduce the risk of being locked off or remaining locked off until the payment has been completely processed, which can take 2-3 business days.
