RULES & REGULATIONS

The provisions of these Rules and Regulations shall be binding on each customer, developer, or other person who receives benefits from the District's system. Each customer, developer, or other person, by purchasing a tap, using water from the District's system, connecting to the District's system, or otherwise receiving benefits from the District's system, shall be deemed to have expressed their consent to be bound by the provisions of these Rules and Regulations, as they may be amended from time to time by the Board of Directors.
